Youth Program at Urbana UMC
At Urbana UMC, our youth program is designed to foster fellowship, connection, and spiritual growth for middle and high school students. We believe in nurturing the faith of our young people through engaging activities, small groups, and meaningful worship experiences.
Monthly Fellowship and Connection Events Each month, we host a special event to bring our youth together for fun, fellowship, and connection. These events provide opportunities for our students to build strong relationships with one another while growing in their faith.
Middle School Small Group Our middle school program is for students in 6th through 8th grade. Every Sunday morning during the 10:30 service, middle school students are dismissed after musical worship to participate in a small group tailored just for them. This time is dedicated to exploring God’s word, discussing relevant topics, and growing together in a supportive and nurturing environment.
High School Group Starting this fall, we are excited to launch a weekly Wednesday night group for our high school students in 9th through 12th grade. These gatherings will be a time for deeper fellowship, dynamic discussions, and spiritual growth. Our goal is to create a space where high schoolers can explore their faith, ask tough questions, and support one another on their spiritual journeys.
We invite all middle and high school students to join us and be part of a vibrant, loving community where they can grow in their faith and build lifelong friendships. For more information about our youth program and upcoming events, please contact Macie Cayot at uumcfamilyministry@gmail.com
